Are Romidrian rugs made to order?

Yes. The majority of Romidrian rugs are made to order , according to the selected model, dimensions, materials and finishes.
Each piece is handmade in artisan workshops in India.

What is the manufacturing lead time?

The average manufacturing time is 8 to 10 weeks , as indicated on each product page.
This timeframe may vary slightly depending on the model or options chosen.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Once the order is confirmed and production has begun, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel the order , as the rugs are made specifically for you.

Dimensions & custom-made

Do you offer custom-made rugs?

Yes. Most of our models are available made-to-measure .
You can contact us to discuss your specific needs in terms of dimensions, proportions or finishes.

How to choose the right size rug?

Choosing the right dimensions is essential to fully reveal the presence of a rug.

What materials do you use?

Our rugs are made from high-quality natural fibers , mainly wool and silk, carefully selected for their durability, feel, and visual appeal.

Are the rugs entirely handmade?

Yes. All Romidrian rugs are hand-knotted or tufted , using traditional craft techniques passed down from generation to generation.

Why do we sometimes observe variations?

Slight variations in color, relief, or dimensions may occur.
They are inherent to handcrafted work and are part of the authenticity and uniqueness of each piece.

Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Romidrian delivers to many countries.
Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at the time of order.

Are customs fees and taxes included?

Depending on the country of delivery, customs duties or local taxes may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you check with your local authorities.

Returns & Claims

Can I return a Romidrian rug?

Custom-made or personalized rugs are neither exchangeable nor refundable , in accordance with current legislation.
Rugs listed as in stock can be returned under certain conditions (see our return policy).

What to do in case of a defect upon receipt?

If you notice a defect or non-conformity, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery , attaching detailed photos of the rug and packaging.

Care & Use

How do I care for my rug?

  • Regular suction at moderate power

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

  • Professional cleaning is recommended for large stains.

A slight loss of fibers is natural, especially for wool rugs.

Are the rugs suitable for pets?

Yes. Our natural wool rugs are stable, durable and suitable for everyday use , including in homes with pets.
