Return Policy - Romidrian

At Romidrian , each rug is the result of exceptional craftsmanship, handmade using traditional techniques.
To ensure transparency and peace of mind, we invite you to review our return policy before placing any order.

1. Products made to order, customizable

Romidrian rugs are made to order, according to the dimensions, materials and finishes chosen by the customer.

👉 These items are neither exchangeable nor refundable , in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, which excludes the right of withdrawal for personalized or custom-made products.

This includes, in particular:

  • Knotted or tufted rugs after order confirmation

  • specific or custom formats,

  • pre-order orders.

2. Products in stock (if applicable)

For rugs listed as available in stock on the website:

  • You have 14 calendar days from receipt to request a return.

  • The rug must be new, unused, uninstalled , in its original packaging, and perfectly intact.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer .
Any product returned incomplete, damaged, soiled or used will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Defect or non-conformity

Despite the care taken at each stage of manufacturing and quality control, if you notice a clear defect or proven non-conformity upon receipt:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please include detailed photos of the rug and packaging.

After analysis, Romidrian will propose, as appropriate:

  • a repair,

  • an exchange,

  • or a partial or full refund.

4. Natural variations and handcrafted character

As Romidrian rugs are handmade from natural fibers, slight variations in color, texture, relief, or dimensions may occur.
These variations are inherent to the artisanal process and do not constitute a defect .

5. Refunds

When a refund is applicable:

  • It is carried out via the original payment method .

  • within 14 days of return validation.

The initial delivery charges are non-refundable.
